Unlike traditional accounting software that focuses primarily on historical record-keeping, Ghadi provides forward-looking insights and predictive analytics. While accounting software tells you where your finances have been, Ghadi tells you where they’re going and helps you plan accordingly. Additionally, Ghadi integrates facilities processing and financial forecasting in one platform.

Currently, Ghadi is available in English and Arabic. We plan to expand our language offerings in the future based on user demand.

5. How do I create an account with Ghadi?

Creating an account is simple. Visit our website and click the “Sign Up” button. You’ll need to provide some basic information about your business, create login credentials, and verify your email address. From there, you’ll be guided through the setup process.

6. Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free to View the projected Cashflow Insights for three months (all payments acceptable through our payments gateway)

  • Not- Limited to integrated ERPs

12. Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes, we are offering a 30% cash back when you choose annual billing for any of our paid plans. This discount is automatically applied during the checkout process when you select the annual payment option.

13. Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. The subscription price includes all features listed for your chosen plan. The only additional costs would be for optional add-ons or if you exceed usage limits on certain features (which we’ll always notify you about in advance).

We accept all types of payments methods are secured and acceptable through our payment gateway (credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay).

Most SMEs can complete the basic setup within 30 minutes. However, for a more comprehensive setup including historical data import and customized forecasting parameters, it may take 1 hour. Our support team is available to assist with the setup process.

17. Do I need technical knowledge to use Ghadi?

No, Ghadi is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, requiring no technical expertise. If you can use online banking, you can use Ghadi.

18. How does Ghadi’s cashflow forecasting work?

Ghadi uses a combination of historical financial data, recurring transaction patterns, and machine learning algorithms to predict future cashflows. Our platform analyzes your past financial behavior, scheduled payments, expected receivables, and seasonal trends to generate accurate cashflow forecasts.

19. Can Ghadi connect to my personal bank accounts?

No, Ghadi serves B2B businesses only, and it helps companies to get bank facilities in case of forecasted cash deficit.

20. Can I use Ghadi for both business and personal finances?

Ghadi is primarily designed for business use, our features and analytics are optimized for business cashflow management.

21. Does Ghadi handle multiple currencies?

Yes, Ghadi relies only database “ERPs” used for your operation. Therefore, currencies do not affect the projection of the cashflows.

22. Can I set up recurring invoices or payments?

Yes, you can set up recurring invoices and automatic payments for regular expenses or income streams. The system will also incorporate these recurring items into your cashflow forecasts.

23. How far into the future can Ghadi forecast my cashflow?

Our standard forecasting provides projections for up to 12 months, which we’ve found to be the sweet spot for accuracy and usefulness. However, Ghadi offers customized solutions for longer periods.

24. How secure is my financial data on Ghadi?

Ghadi employs bank-level security protocols, conducts regular security audits, and maintains strict compliance with international financial data security standards—with all data exclusively hosted within Saudi Arabian data centers. We never store your banking credentials, ensuring complete protection of your sensitive financial information.

25. Who can access my business’s financial information?

Only authorized users within your organization can access your financial information. You have complete control over user permissions and can limit access based on roles and responsibilities.

26. Does Ghadi sell my data to third parties?

Absolutely not. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties. Your financial information is used solely for providing our services to you.

27. What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you can export your data before closing your account. After account closure, data will be deleted immediately.

28. Is Ghadi compliant with financial regulations?

Yes, Ghadi complies with relevant financial regulations including data protection laws. We regularly update our compliance measures to stay current with regulatory changes.

29. How quickly are funds available after a customer pays an invoice?

Typically, Ghadi playing a broker role as we are responsible to connect and prepare a file accepted by the lender then the final approval will be subject to the lender. Usually, the process takes 2-3 months.

30. Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, the changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Billing occurs monthly or annually, depending on your chosen subscription plan. Annual subscribers receive a 30% discount compared to monthly billing.
